One lucky winner will take home a pair of Podium Carbon wheels of their choice (road, MTB, or Gravel). Two more riders will add a pair of Prologue wheels to their fleet.

1. Sponsor. The 2026 BOYD Photo Op ("Contest") is sponsored by Boyd Cycling, BoydBikes, Inc, 19810 Asheville Hwy, Landrum, SC 29356, United States ("Sponsor"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook. Entrants release Meta from all liability related to this Contest.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its dealers, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Contest Period. Begins Tuesday, July 28, 2026 EDT and ends Friday, August 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EDT ("Entry Deadline"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter. During the Contest Period: (a) post a photo of yourself riding BOYD Cycling wheels (any model, any vintage) on your public Instagram or Facebook account; (b) include a caption describing what you like best about your BOYD wheels; and (c) tag @boydcycling. Accounts must be public for entries to be seen. Limit one (1) entry per person per platform. Entries generated by script, bot, or AI-generated imagery are void. You must own the rights to the photo, and everyone appearing in it must have consented to its use.
5. Judging and Winner Selection. This is a contest of skill. On or about Friday, August 14, 2026, a panel of Sponsor judges will select three (3) winners from all eligible entries based on the following equally weighted criteria: photo quality and creativity, authenticity of the riding moment, and quality of the caption. Chance plays no part in winner selection. Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries. Finalists may be asked to submit their image and caption directly to Sponsor for final judging and social showcase.
6. Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize winner: a pair of Podium Carbon wheels, winner's choice of road, MTB, or gravel (ARV: $2,100 USD). Two (2) runner-up winners: a pair of Prologue wheels each (ARV: $1,200 USD each). Total ARV of all prizes: $4,500 USD. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion at equal or greater value. Sponsor covers shipping to winner's address in an eligible country. All taxes, duties, and import fees are the winner's sole responsibility. US winners receiving prizes valued over $600 will receive an IRS Form 1099.
7. Canadian Winners — Skill-Testing Question. Any potential winner residing in Canada must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner.
8. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified via direct message from Sponsor's official account (@boydcycling) within 7 days of judging and must respond within 14 days, or the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor will never ask for payment or full payment-card details to claim a prize. Beware of impersonator accounts.
9. License and Publicity. By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, reproduce, and display your entry (photo and caption, with credit to your handle) in Sponsor's marketing, including social media, email, and web. Except where prohibited by law, winners consent to use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Entrants retain ownership of their photos.
10. Privacy and Data Protection. Personal information collected (social handle, name, shipping address, email) is used solely to administer the Contest and fulfill prizes, handled per Sponsor's Privacy Policy: https://www.boydcycling.com/terms-and-conditions. For UK entrants: Sponsor processes personal data as a controller under UK GDPR on the lawful basis of contest administration (legitimate interest / contract). Data is retained only as long as needed to administer the Contest and comply with law, and may be transferred to the US with appropriate safeguards. Entrants may exercise access, correction, and deletion rights by contacting [email protected].
11. General Conditions. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is off-topic, infringing, offensive, or violates platform terms. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity. Sponsor's decisions are final. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and release Sponsor from all liability arising from participation or prize use, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these rules excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including, for UK entrants, statutory consumer rights).
12. Disputes and Governing Law. For US and Canadian entrants: governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. For UK entrants: nothing in these rules affects your statutory rights, and you may bring claims in your local courts under local law.
