 erview Southeast Gravel will host two exclusive week-long cycling camps in
  the historic and scenic Flanders region of Belgium during 2026. Each camp
  is limited in size to ensure a premium\, immersive experience. These Term
 s and Conditions outline the payment structure\, cancellation policy\, and
  participant responsibilities. By registering for the camp\, participants 
 agree to all terms outlined below. Camp Registration and Payment Terms •
  Camp Cost: The total cost for the 2026 Belgium Cycling Camp is $4\,000 US
 D per participant. • Non-Refundable Deposit: A $350 deposit is required 
 at the time of registration to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refun
 dable under all circumstances. • Payment Schedule: The remaining balance
  of $3\,650 will be charged in five equal monthly installments of $730\, b
 eginning the month after the deposit is received. • Payment Method: Paym
 ents will be automatically processed using the payment method provided at 
 registration\, unless otherwise arranged in writing with Southeast Gravel.
